GENERAL POLICY - Your accommodation and payment policy appears on the reservation pages and confirmation email sent to your clients. The statement is made up from this information.
(e.g. cancellation charges and terms etc.)

Payment Policy:
  ● Low/High season : one night deposit will required from total of room night booking
  ● Peak season : full charge from total of room night booking

Cancellation policy:
1. Normal/Low Season
    ● One night charge for cancellation made within 3 day
    ● 1 One Night charge apply for No-show
    ● 1 One night charge apply for early check out

2. High Season (1 July - 31 Aug)
    ● One night charge for cancellation within 7 days
    ● 1 One Night charge apply for No-show
    ● 1 One night charge apply for early check out

3. Peak Season (20 Dec - 10 Jan)
    ● One night charge for cancellation within 14 days
    ● Full charge for No-show/early check out

Note:
We only receive Credit Card (VISA, Master Card), Cash or Bank Transfer as guarantee either payment. Please do not use debit cards or cards that are usable as debit and credit cards. Otherwise, your card might be charged twice. Hotel will not be responsible for any inconvenience arise from this issue.
